This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which PowerWallet™ (“We”, “Us”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by PowerWallet.

The TRUSTe program covers only information that is collected through this Web site, www.powerwallet.com and does not cover information that may be collected through any mobile applications.

Personal Identification Information

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

The PowerWallet platform licenses Yodlee as the 3rd party back-end technology provider.

User Access and Choice

If your personally information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend or delete any aspect of your personal information or your entire account by making the change within the account preferences area of your account portal, by emailing our Customer Support at support@powerwallet.com or by contacting us by postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.

Web Beacons

Our site contains a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.

Behavioral Advertising

We partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites.
